Anna...I love your videos and I have a request. I listen to these to fall asleep so I would love a video with mainly sounds. I try to find the videos that have the most spray, rattles, tuning fork, chimes and now rain stick!! Sometimes when there is a lot of talking I tend to want to listen to what you say so I try not to fall asleep. I love it when you use the wand and tell us where you are clearing so I can picture it clearing my aura while keeping my eyes closed. It would be so great to have a video with as many tingly sounds as possible. 😊 Just a suggestion ❤

To solve the neck\shoulder problem you need to dig deep into the muscle and break up the tension! Sometimes it is best to have someone else do the deep breaking of the muscle tension to help it release.
