Still really helping with my grief at the moment. I know you did do a session on grief some years ago but one I’d love to see you go over again and so many different stages and guided meditation is definitely helping me deal with the loss of a parent that is something we sadly as humans must go through as part of life’s rich pattern ❤❤❤
