Clearing the Energy Meridians of the Body

We are constantly bombarded by the energies around us, in our environments and the energies that flow from our mental and emotional processes. At times it may be challenging to keep ourselves clear, so that the energy within the body can flow optimally. Today we are doing an energetic clearing of the energy meridians that run throughout the entire body. You can visualize this as a flushing of the pipes, so to speak, so that the energy is able to flow freely. This helps with overall physical, mental and emotional well being.
