Clearshield Cyclone Screen Testing

These tests were conducted at Azuma Design Testing Facility NSW Australia.
Azuma Design Testing facility has tested the Cyclone-Shield range of screens in accordance with the AS1170.2011 Australian standards.
PLEASE NOTE.....The footage in this video demonstrates the screen being tested with a deflection measuring device fitted. The measurement of the screen deflection under full impact is critical in ensuring the design and it's application to protect the glass surface behind the screen.
The device used is manufactured from a highly-deformable foam material mounted to a flat surface that leaves an impression to give a high level of accuracy of the deflection point recorded in the foam.
Independant tests have also been conducted on the Cyclone-Shield range without a deflection measuring device fitted showing compliance met during these tests.
