ofc aomine is the best for one on one and close combat (? would that be the right word to use? sorry my English isn't the best lol) but yea, aomine is definitely best for one on one's since he is definitely the best at passing people and fakes,his speed too and stamina also his street like style if play and his ability to change the pace are all great for stuff like being blocked and stuff, so it's definitely a no brainer that he'd choose aomine I'd choose him too, Mido is definitely a great player but best suited for long distance plays and against tall players or certain blockers he is kinda average compared to the rest, murasakibara is great for blocking and screening Ig but other than that since Kise doesn't actually have the size advantage it'll be quiet useless to copy him, as for akashi he does tend to copy his ankle breaker move a bit but I'm not sure I remember him copying akashi much. since kise doesn't have the lack of presence he can't copy kuroko but he definitely did copy his ignite pass before if my memory serves me rights.

It's not that, it's because Kise uses the Perfect copy with each event so as not to fail. Example: Kise only uses Midorima's throw when no Tall player or a player who jumps high is marking him, When he has almost no time to react or is in a random position on the field in relation to the attack he uses the change of pace , the speed in aomine or the formless throw. when he is at a certain distance against the opponent he uses Akashi's Anklebreaker, since Akashi's Anklebreaker cannot be done very close to the Player as was shown in the Rakuzan vs Seirin game when they tried to make Akashi not use it the Anklebreaker but he still managed to get past the base kagami without the Anklebreaker with his speed. When he is in the Bottle he uses Murasakibara's Thor's Hammer, Kuroko explained that Kise doesn't use the perfect copy at random but at specific moments like this in the Seirin vs Kaijo Game they discovered what Kise was going to do in the Bottle/ Close to the basket, stealing the ball, but Kise managed to pass it to Kasamatsu. This also applies to Zone since he mixed the two skills.

@@livetochange974 complete emperor eye would take care of nash, but i still doubt that he could beat 1v5, because the other ones of jabberwock were no push over, they could pretty easily shoot even when marked by kagami, murasakibara and kise (not all at the same time), and the number 6 was able to react to aomine's speed in the zone (akashi could probably do the same, in the zone with emperor eye, but that guy had neither of those and still was able to react.

no thats the point of him being off-ball his passes only work because you cant expect them because you dont know that he will play them because you cant read his body and eyes because you just lost track of him akashi's passes are in that regard perfect because you could anticipate them. he carries the ball forward, you can see him move and look but still his passes mostly find the perfect target with a missmatch/good position. the attention is always on the ball so if you carry it for a longer period of time you have the focus of all other players.

I think a season 4 (real final season) is quite possible: This time, there will be a worldwide high school basketball championship tournament in which every country chooses 5 national schools. Due to some reasons, Aomine decides to join Seirin. Thanks to it, he will be able to catch back the light-shadow relationship with Kuroko. After tough matches, due to power of friendship Aomine finally learns how to get into true zone and carries the team along with others. And the final team and final boss shall be Taiga Kagami who is buffed even more after joining the American team. Such a final season could be dramatic and awesome.

Nope merged personalities akashi with zone defeats anyone in the game, he was able to outmasrt and beat Nash gold after he fused his personality without zone, akashi already beated purple and green hair guy so perfect copy won't mather, and yes he his better than aomine, why? He easily 1v5 seiren Including zone kagami with ease under 20 seconds, while zone aomine had a hard time Beating kagami zone alone...and that's when seiren was way weaker than when they fought akashi, can't see anyone defeating akashi in a 1v1 when he's beyond 100%

Plus this game also showed me he's clearly the best in GOM, why cause he has the best skillset. Every time Kise went and did someone the main person skillset he would copy would be Aiomine. Look at these highlights Aiomine also had the best defense in a sense of Nash was always able to get past everyone but he never tried against Aiomine cause there speed and agility is damn near the same, except Aiomine is the better scorer. Silver was Jabberwocky best defender and Aiomine attacked and did him numerous times, yes he stopped Aiomine but he also got did

Aiomine learned how to be a team player and let Akashi lead the team, cause to be honest Akashi is the better team player, but as an individual, none of the other GOM would be able to stop Aiomine, including Akashi, the man got killed against someone who is about the same size and speed as Aiomine, he got that emperor eye shit but groom what I seen it would only help him on defense Soo much against Aiomine, he won't really be able to score against Aiomine, cause even tho people think it would work, we've never seen ankle breaker work on Aiomine, his reflexes and strength alone is enough to deal with the eye, and in a score to score basis, Aiomine ability to score is greater than Akashi's. He could get past people but he couldn't score a single point the whole game

I might say that Akashi is the strongest and the most powerful (because of his technique, intelligence, and fully developed emperor eye), and Kise is the strongest too, if not because of the lack of stamina (him being in a Zone plus the perfect copy of the Generation of Miracles' skills), however, if we just talk about natural talent and skills in basketball without any 'special' ability, Aomine is the best among them. Anyway, Kuroko's Basketball is one of the most recommendable sport animes out there. But this is highly recommendable for viewers who only look for entertainment and fantasy with a touch of sport / basketball. But if you are someone who just wants to focus on the sport and realism, you might just get frustrated watching it. I also advise to know first the basics and rules of basketball before watching it because you might just get confused (the series does not have any real basketball trivia, just the advanced techniques and 'unrealistically' basketball abilities). Though I could say I love Haikyuu and Slam Dunk more, I did enjoy watching Kuroko's Basketball without any skips and I watched them for two days straight haha. You know, I'm somebody who skips some scenes when an anime is not appealing to me, but Kuroko no Basket gave me almost everything: entertainment, visuals, theme and lesson in my most favorite sport. I watched it around the year 2014 when I was in university but lost interest in it. But after a few years, I learned to appreciate the series. My favorite characters are: 1. Kuroko 2. Aomine 3. Kise 4. Akashi 5. Number 2 (haha) My most favorite scene: *spoiler alert* 1. Kuroko's happy face while crying as he saw his childhood friend cheering for him during Rakuzan vs. Seirin arc (Season 3 - Ep. 24) 2. All Aomine x Kuroko moments (especially with the middle-schooler Aomine when he had not started changing yet) 3. Aomine crying as he realized that it's Kuroko who was in front of the second gate of the Zone 4. Kuroko's birthday party (from the scene when the Generation of Miracles went to Kagami's house up to the end of the episode) 5. Kagami crying and thanking Kuroko as they part ways in the airport (The Last Game movie - ending part)

I agree with your fave characters list including Number 2.. hehe. I've always liked Kuroko x Aomine dynamic ever since. I mean, Kagami is okay and all, but for some reason, he doesn't stand out to me much as a character, he's almost like a copycat of Aomine but ofc Aomine is way more up there. My older brother and I share the same sentiments about Kagami, not a character who stands out. Can't really pinpoint exactly what but there's something missing in him.
