I Jon, I'm going through a phase where energetically a lot of anxiety and fatigue is coming up. Your videos really help me to ground myself and allow it to unfold. But there's always this thought which is like an alarm bell saying : "if you stay here any longer you will go crazy or it will kill you." I sense I might be on a very deep moment in this process of awakening but I also have a lot of doubt. Is there a way we can connect together to adress this? Thank you very much. -Philippe
