What’s more insane is that is 321 speed with 100% cr and over 100% effectiveness. I can’t even get to 300 speed on offset. 😢

321 speed is godly fast, knowing that 99% of players don't have that, only 1% of players with >300 speed and they are usually KOL. In reality, most Peira you would play against are around 280 speed, even with that speed your Peira will be fist to act in most matches, until you run into Zio or openers in higher ranking, Just bring along a hero with speed imprint to boost her speed close to 300.
