Brother, my wife and I had five boys in six years (now 14,12,10,9,8) and I can say for certain that it CAN BE DONE! When you have 5 kids in car seats at one time, it can be tough. But, certain milestones are victories. Being able to buckle themselves, getting out of diapers, sleeping through the night. Read up about wonder-weeks, they are the real deal. Looking back it was a struggle that I wouldn't change anything. Now my wife and I are enjoying our 10 grandchildren! I will tell you that we have the most amazing beautiful family. I love that the two of you still want to hold onto who you are at the core and not let children take over your lives. Because when they grow up and move out, you’re left with the two of you and if you put your identities aside you will lose sight of why you’re together and what you enjoy doing together. Kids can be a blast and they certainly test you but your relationship should be the core of that household. Cheers fellas it does get easier as they get older, incrementally. 14 and 7 here so it also ages you quick watching them grow up. Where do the years go.

Hey Garrett. I have beem watching you since you're putting noise makers in your Corvette, exhaust. I've watched you. Grow your career and your family. Over the years, I would have to say I'm very proud of you for the The stable business and family man that you have becoming. It seems to be a lot easier when you have a good woman at your side. I am a 30 year Journeyman in my career. 50-year-old father of 6 kids, 5 boys and one girl ages between 26 and 7. A husband of 11 years. I would have to say my greatest accomplishment would be my family. Keep up the good work. Hell yeah brother....DIFD..

Being a parent is so rewarding. These ages are the best. I loved the bonding time I got with my boys when they were tiny and their personalities were coming out. Thanks for the update!

You guys are a lot of fun to watch. I’m really proud of what Garrett has accomplished in business but winning Maddie is the probably the most important element for hanging on to that success.

These are not only cool for the fans, but it seems like a good idea to periodically evaluate the progress of raising your children as a couple. Almost like a form of therapy. You guys are doing awesome. I'd be stoked to have had parents like you. 🙌

I’m sure you’ll never see this but I’ve been watching your videos for a few years and I live just north of Tampa. I just wanted to say this video meant a lot to me. I have two kids that are one and three. To hear someone else talk about their struggles really put me at ease. This video had my wife and I shaking our heads in agreement the whole time. Love the videos and love seeing you talk about your family.

having 2 under 3 has been rough, but i totally agree. after coming home after a long day of working on the car or at the 9-5, hearing them say daddy and run to me makes me smile the absolute hardest. but some nights it hurts, you come home, hoping to have a peaceful night and neither one of them have had a nap, refusing to eat, seeing your partner crushed from the stress. you realized that its never 50/50, some nights its 10/90, you just have to push through and wait for the rain to clear. much love to you garrett and madi, hoping for clear skies

We had our first this past April and he has completely changed our lives! I can't stress enough the importance of being a team while raising a baby. Obviously I have a lot to learn but it was nice hearing both of your perspectives on what parenthood is like.
