Thank you for this video. I have this convertible model also and love the batt lifters. As you showed, the batts come off the drum so nicely when using the batt lifter. The other Clemes tool I have that I think has been invaluable is their lock pop. It saves so much time. I card fine fibers like Merino and cormo without neps after using the lock pop with only one pass. Thanks for sharing on KZbin.

I bought that same drum carder last year and it truly is great. I didn’t think about the heavy shelf paper for stability, great idea!

Great!! I also use a non skid stuff called dycem. It may be even more non skid then the shelf paper. I couldn’t locate mine when I made this vid.

That looks very much like a batt of combed top.
