Literally use this song for whenever traumatic experience is happening in my RP series, the plan for it: My character is watching all his friends get beaten by the monsters, demons, villans. (There's a war.) He's pretty much the only one being left alone because he's bleeding out, already near dying. He's extremely desperate during this, realizing that his friends, love, child, are all going to die because he's now useless to help.

imagine this at the end of a movie where the main character is fighting for their life as time ticks away before a bomb sets off, seeing the explosion only a couple miles away as the sun sets in the distance. they’d be on the roof top of a building, watching the city go dark below them. only a few moments later, they’d be pushed off by the blast force, becoming unconscious and falling off the side of the roof. they’d fall ethereally, their jacket flowing in the wind. just as they would hit the ground, the movie would cut and credits would begin to play.

And then THIS suddenly pops up in my recommendation. Exactly what I wanted to listen to. True understanding of the song, an arrangement which is both inspired and also mixed with originality. Amazing work. Hats off

It's hard to explain but I am so moved by this creatively. This cover makes me think of a couple who is fighting in a war in the mountains. In the snow. Then 2:53 happens and the main character's partner dies. They look to their right. Scream for their lover. Then they become a beast in battle They Start to fight harder tears in their eyes and then the battle is over. 3:20 is after the battle and they can finally process the loss and they scream into the valley in anguish.
