In time the Greek and Roman were mercenary to Egypt army. Egypt never welcomed Alexander the great to take control of their country any more than the indigenous Americans welcomed the genocide of millions of black people are massacred. Their gold & silver taken, their tombs robbed , 97% of their artifacts taken. Their culture, religion and rituals to God removed. Those who are rich became impovished, all their history removed. Their military caused 10 to 1 females. They took black queens for breeding.. the ancients were accurate record keepers. The fact that she spoke 5 languages & educated shoes me she was an African queen. Please show me such credentials for any queen in Greek or Roman were women were not considered goddesses or well treated. I know it makes you feel better by the state in which empire building was done, but we will not settle for anymore of your lies. Read Revelation 2:9, Jeremiah 5:15-17, Isaiah 5:15-20. Very few people from Roman or Greek were educated outside of Africa 🌍. Name their made up universities. We know you whites out much of the history of the black civilization you destroyed that you say we welcomed in. I had indigenous ancestors from Africa 🌍 and America the slavery of Greeks and Roman's were even more uncivilized. These empire nations were built on lies & extinction of the indigenous black people.

There is a difference between rewriting history and entertaining the possibility that new evidence is accurate. I mean they did find the body of her sisters with her mother and her mother's remains were African. There are also depictions of her son having the facial structures of a darker skinned man. There is evidence to support the theory, just because it does not fit the old story does not mean it is wrong. The fact that you can't be open minded to the possibility we got history wrong is disgusting and you disgust me for it.

The Black Africans from Northeastern Africa.Ancient Egypt civilisation started within Northeastern Africa" and the ancient Egyptians "were a people and society that emerged in the Saharo-Nilotic region of Northeast Africa".[69] Keita also reviewed studies on the biological affinities of the Ancient Egyptian population and wrote in 1993 that the original inhabitants of the Nile Valley were primarily a variety of indigenous Northeast Africans from the areas of the desiccating Sahara and more southerly areas. @@silentrequiem1727 Your ignorance is indeed stunning. Everyone who knows anything about mediterranean history knows that Egypt had been ruled by the Greek Ptolemaic dynasty for 300 years before Cleopatra. Cleopatra is a Greek name, it appears over and over in Greek mythology and as the name of lots and lots of Greek women. Alexander the Great's sister was also named Cleopatra. Everyone in the Ptolemaic dynasty was of Macedonian Greek descent, and they were famously xenophobic and disliked marrying outside of their own relatives because that would make their bloodline "impure" and potentially give cause for these outsiders to try and take power from them. Another thing is, modern Greeks are still direct descendants of Ancient Greeks. Modern Egyptians are also direct descendants of Ancient Egyptians. Do you think that any time the ruling class of an area changed, the entire populace just vanished into the air and was replaced in totality by the newcomers? Because if you actually think that, you need to give yourself a stern slap, look long in the mirror and ask yourself why you'd come to such a ridiculous conclusion. Egypt had a populace of several million people when any outside invaders first managed to conquer their kingdom. The conquering armies at that time were in the tens of thousands at most. How do you think that people in the tens of thousands could replace millions? American history is an *anomaly* in world history. Nowhere else such massive genocide and replacement ever took place. Nowhere. Even in North America it was only possible due to a massive difference in technology, the fact that the newcomers numbered in the millions and because they brought diseases with them that wiped out 90% of the locals. It's nothing but American idiocy to think that their history could be compared to anyone else's.

What a wonderful documentary. Cleopatra has often been depicted exactly as the Romans wrote about her, a seductress and a villain. For so long, no one bothered to try and understand who she really was. It’s also wonderful to see so many Egyptian historians and experts involved! I know Mr. Hawass has long been a respected Egyptologist, but for far too long Egyptian history was something foreigners studied. It’s beautiful to see so many people connected to their own history, even though it should have always been this way. Thank you so much for making this! Much respect and love!
