The score you get isn't equal to the amount of questions you got right, it is scaled. You probably only have to get about 60 to 65 percent of the questions correct to get a 50 on the test.

Its straight forward. However, what helped me the most was that it was multiple choice. If you have an equation like x+y=5; and x-2=y; Solve for x and y. If you dont know how to solve it, there will be 5 choices that you can guess and check with. Its more important you know how to check your work than getting the actual question right.

Thats a great question. I think it depends on the test center. I have heard different stories, anybody else take this exam recently?

On college algebra test, they will provide you a online scientific calculator. You are not allowed to take one there. The calculator they provide you it is called: TI-30XS MultiView. You want to get yourself familiar with the calculator.

i dont understand the numbers you are telling. you missed 38 questions from 60 , and you got 25 from 50 ? and 50% or higher is passing ?

When I did this video I was confused myself. I have been corrected many times since. The test is graded on a scale from 20 to 80 if Im not mistaken. A score of 50 or higher is considered passing. Sorry to confuse you.

I build all my study guides based on the college board break downs. I also get help from experts in the field to make sure information is accurate. A lot of time and money goes into these.

I appreciate what you're doing from a social experiment standpoint. but damn man, you're failing these exams when if you spent even just two weeks doing intense review, you could have passed most likely the majority of them, and amassed a ton of college credit. doesnt the wasted time and effort upset you?

Hey thanks for your question. On the surface, it may not make much sense, but you have to understand, I do this to show people they have nothing to fear. I am blessed to be in a position where I can take my exams for free, given that I already have most of my general ed completed, helping others be successful is my only intent. But again, very great question and I appreciate you for asking!

I think what you are trying to do is great. However, You are misinforming people. CLEP'S are graded on a scale from 20 to 80.
