Cletus Does Cookin' - Making Breakfast Sandwiches

It's good to be back fellurs!
In todays edition of Cletus Does Cookin', I made some scrumptious breakfast sandwiches which had some wonderful smoked and brined pork tenderloin, some creamy sous vide eggs, and some (failed) homemade English muffins.
I had messed up an ingredient on this video which was crucial to making them cook the way they did. I'll make sure to read the proper ingredients next time.
