The car communities used to be more smart and discreet about these types of things, races in abandoned or desolate areas, not all out anarchy on the highway / downtown. Drag racing and takeovers are not the same. The racers don't do this bullish. They make a hit, and that's it. Focus on the clowns shutting down the intersection. Racers go way off the beaten path to do their thing. Takeovers ruin it for everyone in the car scene just for views, and the majority of cars used are stolen or unregistered.
