The dogs name is Sid Russell. Sid drops a ball at the top of the steps, chases it as it drops, takes it back to the top then lets go again. Sid really enjoys doing this!

+Brendan McRae ...the fact that his owner is ignoring the dog when the pooch was obviously begging his owner to toss the ball so he could fetch it...so he said "Fuck it, I'll do it myself".

+Lo Cas A couple of times you can see the owner's foot moves toward the ball as if to kick it, but the dog quickly grabs it. It's like a game, my Jack Russel does the same thing when we throw the ball for her. She also whines JUST like this one when we play, I think it's more from excitement then distress :)

How sad. Reminds me of myself as a kid when no one wanted to play with me, but I tried to act like I was okay with it and not hurt or upset by their rejection of me. This adorable dog's human is FILMING him, but not interacting and playing with him, which this dog not only wants, but NEEDS.

Growing up we had a springer spaniel that taught itself how to do this. It would go to the top of the stairs, drop it, chase, and repeat. We never taught him to do it at all
