I would say that what constitutes a cupcake vs a muffin is the type of batter that is used. If it is more cakey, it's a cupcake. If it's more bready, that's a muffin. yo

Thought of a few names for these. The first, which Link called a burrito, really seemed more like an enchilada to me. Given that it was made with Thanksgiving ingredients: The Thanks-a-lotta. The muffin came out looking like stuffing. Obviously, a "stuffin" If you put the miracle whip-gravy turkey sandwich into a pita: A pocket full of miracle. The sock full of dark meat... I dunno. The tryp-toe-sock? I leave the fart hash to others to name....
