A mess! I mean, I don't like to brag, but I'm pretty darn good at making messes, yet I'd never made a mess quite like the one I made of my waffle iron.

Carol Driehorst Agreed. Watching this made me hungry. Made me miss having a waffle maker, too. Used to have one, a long time ago. Until I discovered frozen waffles and realized all I really need is a toaster. But with all these fun recipes for other things to cook USING a waffle iron, it almost makes me wish I had one...maybe someday when I have income again. (I do need to be careful, though. One thing I remember about previous waffle makers I've had? There is no indicator to let you know ahead of time that your waffle iron, or half of it, has died. That one I got to discover myself one day. Mixed a big batch of waffles up for myself and warmed up the iron, poured in the waffle mix and when it said they were done cooking, I lifted the lid only to discover the entire top cooking element in the lid wasn't working. Only the bottom of the waffles cooked, not the top. Talk about depressing and what a horrible mess THAT was to clean up after. Not awesome.)

Haven't watched it yet but you can make a pizza waffle with crescent roll as the crust and pizza ingridients in the middle and it is delicious!

Not really, be sure and purchase one with "removable plates". They pop right out to wash, or put in a dishwasher. So nice!
