im not sure if they are pageant hacks but more like everyday beauty hacks but here are some. If you use conditioner to shave your legs, you will have smoother legs and it removes more hair. If you spray hair spray on a bobby pin, it will make them stay in longer. dirty hair is always better to style, but if you need to wash your hair, just spray more hairspray in before styling and gently brush out (it will create more hold in the hair). hairspray works great as a setting spray for make up. chapstick is a great eye shadow primer, especially for glitter shadows. lotion is a great make up remover when you're out. These are just a few I have learned over all the years I have cheered, so I know they work and I use them often.

Yeah everyone has it, it's probably not as noticeable as you think it is :p if it really bothers you and is like really dark I guess you could shave or get it waxed, or use a facial hair bleach on it. There's also Nair creams. I have black hair and no one has ever noticed the tiny little fuzz. However I did know a Persian girl in high school who had VEEEERRRY thick black hair like all over, on her back, on her belly, etc, and she definitely had to remove it cause she just had so much that bleaching wouldn't have helped.

Aquaphor for everything! Chapped lips, skin, sore earlobes, makeup remover emergencies, emergency lotion - total go to. Advil gel caps for zit emergencies. Conditioner instead of shaving cream. Tbh lube works as primer too, so there's that, or you can use it in your hair for shine and silkiness. Hairspray keeps your makeup (even body makeup under hot ass lights that makes you sweat) in check.

another beauty hack is brush your lips with a toothbrush and after you've done that put toothpaste on your lips this will take away the feeling and the appearance of chapped lips. next you want to wash off your lips and put on lipstick or lipgloss it will look like you put on matte lipstick without even buying matte lipstick at those ridiculously high prices please put this in another video

Kadrian Scheevel - what no, don't, toothpaste drys your skin/lips out. Just use carmex to moisturise your lips, put any lippy on, use a thin layer of tissue and powder on top, way better way of doing it

I have a few things to add: I danced competitively and did beauty pageants. We never did the vaseline trick because putting vaseline in your mouth is super gross. Instead we used a petroleum based lip balm- Smith's rosebud salve comes in tubes now, I love the mint one for this trick. Also, I use coconut oil as an in-shower moisturizer and shaving lubricant and discovered Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil Spray. It's super affordable and probably way better for your skin than Pam. Definitely smells better.

Instead of using tape on your lady region, for years I've been folding tape over its self to form a triangle and slip that in your underwear where the camel toe would be and it doesn't show, and you don't get sticky tape on you down there 😂

A perfect addition to Saturday - Smile (1975) was on TCM. Vaseline was mentioned in it for helping lube your smile. I was Miss Cloverdale in the movie, it's a cool view of the 70s. We also watched Miss Congeniality 1 & 2, so there must have been a beauty pageant vibe in the universe.
