Easy meals I go for: cottage pie, pasta with sauce (you already do this, but I make this one a lot, too! usually make it with ground beef, a bit of sugar to combat the acidity of the tomato, thyme, and red chili flakes), teriyaki chicken with roasted veggies and sticky rice (I make my teriyaki chicken in the airfryer by marinating it for a bit in teriyaki sauce and then cut it up into chunks before putting it in the airfryer, tortilla pizzas, and meat pies.

A quick recipe i go to some times : shred a rotisserie chicken with the skin, minute rice, frozen broccoli, cream of broccoli cheddar soup, bread crumbs and lots of shredded cheese. (pre- heat oven on 350 degrees) Get a big mixing bowl, place the chicken, rice, frozen broccoli and the cream of broccoli and cheddar soup and cheese. Mix well (do not forget to save some cheese for the topping.) get a deep baking dish, then place the mixture into the baking dish and smooth it out, then place bread crumbs and cheese on top of the mixture. bake until the top is a crispy golden brown. When done, let it cool for a few minutes and serve it along with a side salad. enjoy.

Taz I wish I could be friends with you! As an autistic person, I relate to the revolving meals SO much as I often get overwhelmed with the idea of cooking and then end up having something easy (shove it in the oven stuff) or a simple one pot meal. Also I relate to the back problems and needing to visit a chiropractor. Thank you for making one introverted autistic lesbian less lonely while watching your video ❤

One of my go to quick meal; sweet & sour tofu. Basically you just bake or fry some tofu, while you make the sauce. The sauce is just mix of ketchup, sweet chili sauce, honey, and soy. I don't have exact measurement, just taste it along the way hahaha!. Once the tofu cooked, just mix it in the sauce and serve with some rice. Sometimes I throw in some capsicum for extra veggies. Hope this helps!

I usually make red curry with rice when i dont know that to eat! It is soo easy 😋 You can make it with chickpeas or chicken. I use: 1 can of coconut milk 1 big tablespoon of Currypaste 1 can of chickpeas (or 2-3 chicken breasts) Veggies (usually red pepper, carrot, sugarsnaps and left overs. But anything works!) A little soy sauce and/or fish sauce (optional) Let me know if you make it some day!

I'm a very old subscriber so maybe that's why, but I feel like your main channel once felt like this one, I mean homey and comfortable, It felt like many times you talked comfortably and shared some of your thoughts even when they may have appeared random to you or irrelevant to the video's topic, and I really connected a lot at these times, many things you said helped my teenager self understand certain aspects of herself that she just couldn't put into words, it was like watching someone who seems just like me discover themselves, that connection is the main reason why I liked it so much, it's not an exaggeration to say that it's been my favorite channel for a very very long time. But maybe it felt like that for us and not for you so idk. Now I prefer this channel over the other one because it feels closer to what the other channel used to be Anyway, I'm just a subscriber who's missing the connection but will go on with their life either way, so I hope you do what suits you best, thanks a lot, good luck🤍

Hey tazz, i have a couple of recipes which you can try to cook. They are healthy, filling and vegetarian - if you want a change from non-vegetarian meals. So the first one is a simple vegetable medley which you can eat with rotis/naan or even rice- First heat up some oil in a pan and add in spices like mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Temper the spices for a couple of minutes and then add in your onion and garlic and sauté for 3-4 mins on medium to high flame. Add in spices like turmeric, chilli powder, oregano if you like and some salt. Next just add in any vegetables- I prefer potatoes, bell peppers, pokchoy, kale , and for protein add beans or cottage cheese or tofu. Add a lil water to adjust consistency and simmer till fully done. Garnish w coriander or parsley. The 2nd recipe is more of a breakfast meal- but you can have it as a pre/post workout meal as well. So just mix in a cup of greek yogurt with a spoonful of water , one scoop protein powder and half a cup of instant oats. Add in 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of cacao powder and some cinnamon. For sweetening it use honey or maple syrup or even normal sugar if your body responds to it well. Give all this a good stir and leave overnight in the refrigerator. The next day you have a delicious meal which is like a dessert ! Add any topics , i love adding dark chocolate or nut butters with some almonds or walnuts and some berry jam. Enjoy!!!

Quick cooking! 1- chicken nuggets (chicken dipped in mayo and then dipped in seasoned breadcrumbs and bake for 20mins spraying olive oil on both sides before and after turning over). 2- pasta with mushrooms and spinach (boil pasta; slice mushrooms and put in pan with little oil, then add garlic powder and spinach, then add salt and pepper when mushrooms brown; add in the boiled pasta and then add little bit of double cream; add more garlic powder if necessary). 3- pasta with tomato and feta cheese (boil pasta; when ready, then add tin of chopped tomatoes and cubed feta cheese, salt and pepper, mixed herb seasoning if you like; add bit of double cream). 4- chicken and pepper wrap (chicken slices in pan with oil and garlic, add thin slices of pepper and chopped onion, add chilli powder or chilli; put whatever sauce you want on wrap e.g. Greek yogurt, then add the topping). 5- sticky sweet chicken (chicken pieces in pan with little bit of oil, then add honey and soy sauce; keep pouring the bubbling mixture over the chicken; add chilli slices and spring onion and sesame seeds; add broccoli if you like; add salt; eat with cooked rice).

Taz! Here's my favourite quick&easy meal idea: rice noodle stir fry with peanut sauce! Chop vegetables of your choice and pan fry them. meanwhile, prepare the rice noodles - you just have to soak them in hot water, just like ramen. You can use bottled peanut sauce or make it from scratch: one or two tablespoons of peanut butter, a little bit of soy sauce, a little bit of guava syrup (or honey) an mix it with a bit of hot water until it has the right consistency. Mix the rice noodles with the veggies and the sauce, top it with some roasted onions/spring onions/nuts..... Delicious, easy and healthy :) You can add tofu/meat, whatever you like. Try it! :)

Cooking ideas An advice I can give is think of a food you like to eat or an ingredient like potato, zucchini or something else. Find I few recipes and while you try them, you memorize what to do and what you like or don't like. At some point you just start cooking it automatically whenever you want to. I like pasta so I started learning how to cook different types like carbonara, aglio e olio (very few ingredients and very little skill needed but it tastes phenomenal) and my favourite out of the three shrimp scampi 🦐 ❤️ - again very easy to make, very few ingredients but every time it tastes perfect. I've perfected those recipes so much that I hate eating pasta out, especially carbonara. Although the ingredients might be very nice quality, the chef might swap the eggs for cream which in my opinion ruins the dish. So I prepare it at home and eat something else when I go out. An example with a basic ingredient is potatos - I started with mash potato, whole baked potato with salami and cheese, potato wedges with a blend of spices. Recently I'm working on mushrooms and I have to say I'm getting really good at knowing how to cook them in different meals.

whilst it’s not very nutritious, you should try my take on the gigi hadid pasta add to a pan : oil, diced onion & diced garlic let cook until golden brown and add a lil water, and cook until water is cooked out add seasonings : salt, pepper, chilli powder, oregano then add a heaped tablespoon or two tablespoons of tomato paste cook it in then mix in double cream, until it’s a orangey-pink add your cooked pasta into the sauce and mix in mozzarella or any cheese that you like then garnish with parsley and serve :)
