Drone Footage of cracks on top of Jurrasic cliff near Seatown Dorset . This looks extremely dangerous. Sheep are trapped on a grass ledge below can somebody inform the shepherd please share the video

Thanks Tony , Hows things any teeth? I really did not find many fossils worth making a video about down here , but at least I got to document this huge cliff fall i think I was looking at the wrong rocks and on the wrong beach 🤣

No teeth unfortunately. Should have been on the Jurassic coast from last Monday. We set off, got to the A11 and the ECU unit went so had to be relayed back to the garage. Now waiting for a new part from Italy which hopefully will be here by Thursday. That's a massive cliff fall. You would have no chance if caught in that. We have been there but went right on the beach where the Belemnite beds are. I think the fall was to the left. Hope you are keeping well. Can't remove your first name. An age thing. 😅

Unfortunately it was the motor home. We are having 3 weeks in Somerset then 2 at Bognor on the shark teeth hunt. Never found one before. We are hoping to try the north coast of Somerset as there is some good stuff found there and not as busy as Lyme and Charmouth. They are picking up a few teeth at Happisburgh so might be worth a try. Not sure if the slip is open yet. Regards Tony

At a push i think they would be able to get down the left side, but they must be really confused and dehydrated right now , I saw more running round lower down the cliff there must have been alot gone over

Those sheep are not trapped.. Iv fished Seatown for years and those sheep are like daredevils walking up and down those cliffs lol go ask the farmer!!

Thats great news I did think those ones went down with the cliff on the grass platform and hadn't moved off it. That Ewe did look a bit sorry for itself . I saw some other running around lower down the cliff

I am hoping someone local sees this i did tell a few people I bumped into . There were more running round lower down the cliff must have gone over at the same time , can't believe nobody has seen them , the search and rescue flew over them yesterday but I think they went to a human .
