As a swimmer who is known for belly flopping on racing starts and never being able to actually dive, I am so excited to learn about D0Ds

Learning about the athletes is really what makes this event so special. The video was really well made too. Somehow, I want to belly flop now??

I wish the lucky draw also meant that they have to draw the dive they need to complete. For example, a third round that consists of one of a bucket full of dive challenges that are deemed of equal or nearly equal skill level. Then, the diver is judged on the completeness of the dive (for example if they need a 2 1/2 twist and they only do a 2 twist) or any additions to the dive selected to make it even harder. Since the divers choose their main dives, based on their training and skill sets and comfort level, it would be great to have one round with about a 10 minute warning to know the dive you need to do. The dive could be for a selection of 10-15 dive options so the divers would definitely know the options available but there would be a certain amount of pressure. The dive could even be one they actually already did in competition that weekend.

There might be more to the story but Asbjorg Nesje in my opinion needs a RB tagline....

4:40 Those contests of nailing into wood or cutting a piece of board are only for people that don't do that for work. I highly doubt anyone that does construction would find that fun.

Does Red Bull look for colder and colder places to do this?

Can someone explain why cliff diving isn’t part of the Olympics?
@sergiosaunier20 күн бұрын
Good question. It’s about time.
@skilllessbeast741615 күн бұрын
It doesn't really fit into the new entrys. Looking at those, I think the olympics wants more sports, that are accesible to everyone.

I’m personally not in to it but you are right, it should be included. Rock climbing is and so should these amazing athletes 👌

I came for the dødsing. And there was mostly just regular, boring diving? Red Bull is for old men's sports trying to cling to new stuff to be cool.
@coeuznatas17 күн бұрын
No kidding. One døds, and they didn't even show the landing? I skipped through, regular diving is just meh

You can be a veg and still no one cares. I pick a different line of making people care.
