Great video, great Ichthyosaur find, and great prep. Your cliff-fall find is mind blowing🤯..... and your Dad's prep is unlike any I have seen at the Whitby museum or Canada's Natural Sciences Museum. His skill and patience has made those Jurassic period bones come alive in all their boney detail! Thank you for sharing. Seeing this fossil and knowing its recovery story will be a fond memory of mine forever.

Good video on KZbin, I enjoyed the beach ground Ammonite you found searching the shingle. It was fun to see the sand and shingle had already “ prepped “ the fossil . I sent Aaron a direct message 🙏

Great video with good finds, that Ichthyosaur cluster is just unbelievable, to actually have that much of a complete skeleton with evidence of how it died is amazing. To see it actually fall out of the cliff tops it off. I wonder where the rest of the skeleton is now...

Oh, wow!! That is an amazing icthyosaur rib cage! Loved how you guys positioned it as Shae held it, because it helped to make sense of what was going on. Is that sort of the correct orientation? The ichtyosaur's belly was toward us, with the rib cage collapsed and crossed over the inside of the spine? Or were those the connected ends of the ribs that crossed over the tops of the vertebrae as they sank down into the organ cavity? Very much enjoyed this video. The footage angles were fun for immersing the viewer in your hunt, and the set-ups for approach had a dramatic flair. The ammonites and the coprolite were gorgeous, and the view up the cliff was that lovely cherry on top of the visual sundae. Thank you for creating these videos!

Thanks so much! It's more like the latter of your explanations I'd say, though quite often the skeletons are found twisted so that there's a mix of positions! Glad you appreciated the camera angles, it was fun making this video. We really appreciate your comment, thanks for watching!

awesome effort and results once again lads. I was chuffed to find a couple of handfuls of Belemnites among our gemstone finds on our recent month long fossicking trip around the Aussie outback and thought bit pretty cool to be holding something so old but yet complete. The largest specimen was only around 60mm long but still made me feel good to find them laying about on the surface near a western Queensland town..

The coast here is made from shale that was once the seabed, so naturally most of the fossils we find are marine specimens
