I was in San Diego this summer for a week and I so badly wanted somehow to meet y’all because I literally know everything I know about homemaking and Christmas decorating and the love for interior design from watching yall. THAT being said first and foremost.. can’t believe y’all came to Austin and no one took you guys to Bourne .. or Atleast Wimberly Texas! Many Many people from Cali move to these places a stones throw from Austin and the real estate Beautiful with gorgeous GORGEOUS land and the homes compare in price to what you saw in Tulsa! Lived there too.. we live in New Braunfels.. 40 minutes out of Austin! Between Austin and San Antonio! So the choice of either airport! Please please .. if you haven’t chosen an area yet.. Pleaseee atleast go online and just look at the Beautiful Bourne area ( you won’t believe) and the real estate! It’s also beautiful here too!! Austin is way over priced for what you get.. traffic is a nightmare! ( my daughter lives there) KZbin Has some videos of homes online for sale in Bourne.. not to mention last year was voted the most young family friendly/:) thinking in advance for your grandchildren to come!! Also it has beautiful old historical charm as well as modern conveniences .. 35 min from San Antonio Airport -:)

I miss being able to go to shops to buy some decor. That's something I can't send my boyfriend to do it for me. I now only can do it online, which is not the same. I am immuncompromised with medication, which is why I send my boyfriend to go grocery shopping. I used to go at least once a month to Ikea.

Tiffany Lesser yesssss! It’s soo beautiful and there are so many beautiful suburbs. It’s pricy but cheap compared to CA. I was the exact same way... I wanted ouuuutt! It was between TN and Dallas or Austin Look for jobs in both TX and TN and see what happens. I absolutely love Nashville. Brentwood and Franklin areas are gorgeous! Or you can live in the trendy funky areas of east Nashville. A lot of variety and awesome schools. I miss CA weather sometimes but the quality of life is so much better here.

Going on a whim here - I’m currently redoing my living room and I’ve hit a roadblock. To paint a picture of it, I did white walls and painted the base caps or base board black. I’m planning to put curtains up but I’m stuck on the color rod I should choose. I’m doing two types of curtains: a sheer light white and a heavy dark navy. HELP! Any advice are welcomed! Trying to finishing before Christmas!
