Those weren't secret recordings. They did a studio session because she was originally supposed to be on the Superman track. After their fallout, he changed the lyrics on the line where he name drops her. So those were outtakes from when the mics were live in studio.

I believe you're right that she was supposed to be on the superman track but that recording ain't it. If you look up "eminem exposes Mariah Carey phone call at AMT 2005" you will hear the recording in longer sessions and see that it not a studio session recording but a drunk ass Mariah phone call.
