Hi again, YoYo, THANK YOU for posting this one. Eric Johnson, from Austin, Texas (near where I live), is a great guitarist who has never been duly recognized. I met Eric personally, a few years ago, at a book store in Austin. We chatted about music and his style of play. He's a gracious, humble gentleman,great person. I know he would be DELIGHTED to hear your cover of one of his songs. I love all your music. You're amazing, wonderful, in every way. Even EJ himself rarely if ever plays note for note the studio version, and I think he did quite a few takes and tracks, etc... the song is a beast to play with the bounce and vibe heard on the album. Wow!!! Magnificent!!! Not an easy song to play. Eric Johnson is a master of guitar, and you nailed it, and make it look easy... Very impressive, and at such a young age... Stick with it, and you can really impact the world with your playing, but at some point, start composing your own songs. Creativity will separate you from those who just play well... I’ve come to realize-and this was a long, hard lesson for me to learn in life-that something doesn’t have to be perfect to be good, and if you witness someone doing something imperfectly, stop and realize that the person is on a progression toward getting better, the more he/she practices. Maybe the mistakes are just steps along the way to being so much better later on.

Playing live cannot be perfect -- the spontaneity is what makes it special for the musician(s) and viewers/fans. Noel Redding said Jimi Hendrix would get a good laugh when veering off into an unexpected direction during shows......and then couldn't quite pull it all back together without a "mistake" or two.

Yo Yo I do not know if your still getting these messages it looks like the last comment was a year ago but I am a guitarist and studied under Eric, Malmsteen,Via,Baito,Satriani (ect.) when I watched this video I seen you started a little off beat/key but sounded good but once the beat started for timing you was 98 % on key for a 10 yrs old at that time doing what you did I an very impressed and my hat is off to you. Eric Johnson should contact you and have you play that song with him on stage.
