Yeah, that's very good! I started running this April (I'm in 9th grade) and I ran 5:50 at my last meet. I was so tired I collapsed. You are running almost a whole minute faster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think about stiffness much! I am more focused on the cushioning

And after trying on Clifton 8, I think this shoe is not that an "upgrade" compared to last year's version, which is on sale. Plus, Clifton 8 runs narrower compared to Clifton 7 :(.

@@ZachLevet Endorphin Speed 2 if you are allowed to do non Hoka. Asics Novablast 2 is also just coming out and very popular. If Hoka, then Rincon 2. Then a comparison with Mach 4 vs Rincon 2 Vs Clifton 8. Then Endorphin Speed vs Mach 4, and the Endorphin Pro vs the Hoka Carbon plate shoe/s.

I would honestly keep them the same! unless they come out with new foam tech they want to try, they sever a critical recovery/ easy run role in my lineup of shoes I wear! Super cushioned and well weighted! Maybe if they could make them even lighter, but I don't know how they would

Depends on what you’re looking for... the rincon is lighter and more firm and responsive, but significantly less durable and won’t last as long... the Clifton is super soft and cushioned but a bit heavier and best for easy days and long runs....
