Thank you for another great unpacking of this system and the resource! It 'stirs' the fact that most people take the assessment for a surface level validation of their self-identity, or what they tell themselves about what's working. Once again, you pragmatically open up this body of work with precision and care to allow us to now choose a better way to use this model. Better self-awareness, better self-scrutiny and self-honesty along with ways to really discern the range of our talent themes and their imapcts, (because until scrutinized - they are the hammers we hit everything in life with like nails!). Super fascinating to think about. I love the reality that the assessment is neutral information, but you can develop them into balconies and basements. Also... I have INPUT in my top strengths, and i have been a bit of a packrat. ha! On the other hand, I also feel that I have a ton of resources for people when they need them... I wish that I could just let some resources go without the need to "archive" everything.

Thanks, Jared! I love that you get that Talent Themes are neutral. So we choose how we use them and the resulting outcome. Funny that you have Input and that the example resonated with you. I feel the same way about my Talent Themes and their Balconies and Basements. I often love aspects of them and get frustrated with myself at other moments. But it’s just data gathering, right? Help! Three attempts have been made to get the resource. On the third try the confirmation email came through (I confirmed subscription), but the resource did not arrive. About how long does it take to arrive? I'm not sure if this is a scam for subscribers or if there is a problem with the system. Would like to know more about these balconies and basements, but it seems to be something I cannot get here. Please help.
