Thank you for this conversation. I would love to see an indigenous perspective being brought into the conversation, perhaps another time. Indigenous peoples have been living with the real threat and experience of extinction for many generations now, and have a lot of wisdom and experience and spirituality to share. We westerners need to be humble enough to listen though....

I found this so useful. It’s so helpful holding awareness of the pain and the observer. What has been coming has been about living in and as the solution and also not operating from needing a problem to fix. I think the question for me is “how would I be living if I was in alignment with wilder nature?” If I can start there, I feel I have a gift to share, a path to signpost for others, but just being in alignment is maybe healing enough for the greater good.

I found great benefit in watching this, thank you for sharing on youtube and I will make a donation. It is a refreshing perspective on spirituality around climate change and existential threats. It is important to know everything is okay, but at the same time isn't okay. To face these challenges with an open heart and mind I find would create more cohesion between people of differing beliefs and achieve better results. Thank you for the work you all are doing.

Thanks for posting this! One thing though...while I can see that connecting with ppl with a different viewpoint is good and important, what about the psychopaths out there? For me it's vital to acknowledge that unfortunately there are ppl who are driven by no regard for humanity whatsoever. Who willfully do harm. And to whom I neither can nor wish to connect.

If someone truly is far enough up the spectrum to be diagnosed with a psycho*pathology*, it's not something they chose.

@@jacquin8511 I do agree with you on this. It's a good reminder not to judge. Still, when it comes to interacting with someone like that, I'd maintain a healthy distance and a lot of caution.

How do you experience a totally broken heart as Adyashanti was suggesting? How do you get there?

One suggestion; to learn all the personal defences (and control mechanisms) that make it impossible to let go into the heartbreak. A caveat is that one needs to be well resourced to do this. Too much mental/emotional instability at once without commensurate support is not psychologically safe 🙏

Did anyone catch how Adya made the host stop and meditate after he was acting like an ass to the 2 speakers for taking to long?

Not my experience.

@@magdalenepath lol... its not an experience. He got angry... adya calmed him down. Its on video if you need to relive your experience. Lol " it's not my experience " sounds like a nice ego pretending to be what it thinks is enlightened.
