Yes! I am a teacher and I use it almost daily. It is sturdy, with a nice sized waterproof bag, Mine also came with a yellow bungee cord. People are always complimenting it when they see it going up the stairs! The best part is the way if folds up to put away. If you have a Ross, they had them for $20.00 before COVID-19. Ours is open now. Oh yeah, it’s not plastic, only the handles and the lock piece.
