Bruh wtf are you talking about? She was clearly uncomfortable and afraid due to not understanding the mechanics of the movement and the reasonable risk of injury if performed incorrectly. She still attempted and with some help, managed to succeed on the beginner version. She talks to relieve her anxiety and when the time came, she and focused, practiced, and ultimately made positive improvement. Salmon ladder is not an easy movement and it does require a formidable amount of explosive energy, much so like a muscle up or a high pull up. If you don’t have the strength, you can’t just “DO IT.” Another thing, this is not a women problem. People in general, when encountering a frightening prospect, tend to relieve anxiety through talk or other means. I’ve known many people, male or female, and myself who like to talk as a way to overcome fear. Also, don’t apologize if you’re not sincerely sorry. Not only are you mean and rough, but grossly disingenuous.
