Holy cow, girl. I’m glad you’re doing these alpine peaks before the snow flies. 6” of snow and that wind could be seriously dangerous. I’ll not relax til you’re south of Grey’s Peak, the highest point on the CDT, the season is closing in on you!😵💫😵💫

Howdy Kelly! So glad that y’all did Rollins Pass where one of our sons proposed to his wife! We spent many days going up and down James and those other ridges! So many memories close to our hearts! We could see that whole hike from our house in WP! Thanks so much for including all of that climb! Lots more cool stuff coming up! Saddle up!

LOVING this trail! 💓 June of '23 we took a road trip from FL to CO for a couple of weeks. We had our 5th wheel and stayed in various areas of the state. It is ABSOLUTELY beautiful! We visited RMNP, Great Sand Dunes, Mesa Verde, Pikes Peak and traveled up the Million Dollar Highway. Watching these last few videos is bringing back those memories. Grand Lake is such a cute little town. Keep on trekking and stay safe out there!! Can't wait to see you finish! 🎉

... Wow ,, Love the visuals ,, this is some of my old trails and memories ... Used to fish all those alpine lakes around James Peak in my younger days ,, It all looks the same ,,, except back then the highest lake on James Peak ,,Ice Lake ,, had a glacier snow patch that stayed all year ... and already snow covered by this time .... Tough hiking on all that scree with a full pack ...
