Last week I was finally able to complete a life goal. To go back and complete my first 14er. I previously tried this mountain in 2017 and had to abandon the effort due to the weather. But after a year of planning and training, I was finally able to complete it. It feels good to achieve a goal that you set out to do. I am very thankful for my friends who showed up to camp with me for my week of acclimation. I am also thankful to Jeremy from ‪@All_Things_Out_Doors‬ who hiked it with me. You rock dude, you kept me on track. Finally, I would like to say that I am so grateful for having awesome friends who are like-minded and love the outdoors. It is because of them that I get to do so many awesome things and that I have not ended up a sad, pathetic, lonely internet troll with no integrity or any redeeming qualities in life.
Thank you for watching

Beautiful climb! Those views!!! 😮 Back when my wife and I used to do a lot of mountain climbing, I always used to say on the way up “why am I doing this?” Or “why do I do this to myself”… but then when you break tree line, and at the very top, I’d think “Now this, is why”. The camping trips and the hiking trips were great, but the climbs were always something very different. Definitely more memorable.

You managed to fit an Epic climb and completion of a LIFE-GOAL into a video under 3 minutes! Did I miss the cinematic release or am I just to early for the Multi-Episode Mini-Series? Great job man! All the hard work and walks around Greenwood accomplished their goal!!
