Climbing the HIGHEST Temple in Krabi | Tiger Cave Temple

It's been on our list for a while and today we finally ticked it off... we took on the challenge of hiking the highest temple in Krabi near Ao Nang, the Tiger Cave Temple also known as Wat Tham Suea. With beautiful nature, tranquil temples and some monkeys hanging around, this is a great day out from Ao Nang and a pretty intense workout! Yes it was worth it and it's completely free to visit. A must visit next time you're in Ao Nang or Krabi in Thailand.

I climbed this in 2012 with 2 of my girlfriends and we didn't know what to expect. Halfway up, we were miserable, hangry, and felt defeated but those feelings do not compare to how we felt AFTER getting to the top and finding out THERE'S NO TIGERS ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN. Oh man we were so mad LOL.

Very nice! I can relate to Mario - was hoping to see the monkeys too earlier (love them cute obnoxious lil animals)! So glad you saw them eventually towards the end. Now I feel complete too! Oh too bad you didn’t get a chance to get the GoPro bird’s eye view of the area from above! Would have been awesome to see. Can’t wait for your next video!

You can, maybe just go really early in the morning if you don't mind monkeys. It gets really hot but with a slow and steady pace you can definitely do it.

I used to climb it every week for exercise. My best time was about 18 mins but some friends who do muay thai could do 12 mins 🥵🥵
