About Mardi Peak:
Mardi Peak, standing tall at an elevation of 5,587 meters (18,330 feet), offers breathtaking views and a thrilling experience for avid trekkers and mountaineers. Located in the Annapurna Sanctuary, Mardi Peak is less frequented, providing a serene and pristine climbing experience.
Route and Technicalities:
Our journey begins in Pokhara, from where we drive to Kande and start our trek towards the Mardi Himal Base Camp. The trail takes us through lush rhododendron forests, picturesque villages, and alpine meadows. As we ascend, the terrain becomes steeper and more challenging, requiring good physical fitness and basic mountaineering skills.
The climb from the Mardi Himal Base Camp to the summit involves navigating rocky ridges and snow-covered slopes. Proper acclimatization is crucial to avoid altitude sickness. Our experienced guides ensure safety and provide essential support throughout the ascent.
