I had a week off uni last week, which was spent in binging a new series I started. But this took such a huge toll on me. There is a reason I stopped binging tv series', and it's that I watch too many episodes too late into the night and it ruins my sleep schedule. This all caught up to me, so yesterday, I decided to bunk all of my lectures and just SLEEP ALL DAY LONG. I went to bed around 1am, and although I woke up a few times for a minute or two, I got out of bed at 2pm. A whole 13 hours of sleep. I swear I felt like a new born baby. When I walked, it was almost as if I was walking on clouds. The air smelt so sweet. The sun was so cute being all shiny and that. It was so good.
I also wanted to listen to this one sleep aid audio I found this week. But every time I started listening to it, I fell asleep instantly. This happened 4 consecutive nights in a row, and I was like wtf is going on I've listened to this 4 times and still don't remember a single word from it. I guess it just attests to the VA, and how the audio was indeed very good sleep aid content. That's actually what kinda inspired this audio. Hopefully it'll put you to sleep like I did!
