I percive Ayurveda through Guna Siddhnata, since past 10 years, initially to convince myself that it's most scientific way of understanding this science & later it became my habit. A huge respect, love for Guru Dr. Mahadevan Sir ,I consider him as a lighting lamp in this ocean. Sir, my doubt is regarding Amsatapa & Amsagraha, in chronic RA patients getting confused how to handel pain, rigidity & local tingling ( as per patient' s word). Looking for backdoor as you said..😂

Appreciate for preserving this presentation of My friend Dr Mahadevan. It pains me when I hear that he is not with us today. A gem of a person who is full of knowledge and a great human being. 3. Vata is involved in almost all neurological cases, the other two Doshas Pitta and Kapha may also be involved along with complications. You need to adapt holistic modes for treating ailments and a healthy lifestyle which plays a important role too.
