Hey, thanks for this video, really helpful. Just wanted to ask, you show a list of 9 competencies of a clinical psychologist around 6.43, can I ask where you got this from?

I found them in bps guidance for accrediting doctorate in clinical psychology :) It's a PDF and if you scroll there's the 9 competencies listed with sub sections for each! :)

I’m sorry if this is a silly question, but I was planning on just copying over/entering the info which I would have pre-prepared and using a schedule didn’t cross my mind. Is there a reason you didn’t just do it in a day if you already had all the answers prepared?

No question is silly here! Completing the application was very overwhelming for me, so a schedule helped to break it down into smaller, more 'doable' chunks and it kept me motivated.
