Both palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) and phenylethylamine (PEA) are nootropics and go by the same acronym. I’m surprised the supplement industry allowed that to happen. Use caution when ordering to insure you get the right one.

excellent information. The side effects are few, but are reported on one website as intestinal discomfort, headache. I found that to be true for me, but only on a very mild level but still totally worth it, and I'm the most sensitive human on earth. I can see why they say 'no side effects' since i imagine any side effects are one in tens of thousands taking it. 2 relatives of mine trying it have NO side effects. (I only take 60 mg per day, yes that is six - oh, only sixty milligrams per day, and I divide the pill and take with fatty food.) One 450 mg pill a week is very very affordable.

Perhaps a liposomal form of PEA would be more digestable? such as Liposomal Vitamin C which allows for 85% absorbsion.
