The very first scene of him tipping his hat and having his horse take a step back to let the woman pass...oh mercy! That's why he was so alluring...he was bounteous not just in his looks and physique, but also his character. Thank you Clint Walker, you made Cheyenne a class act! (PS: I loved the song choice, that was a fabulous pairing!)

My 3rd comment. (I LOVE this video.!) Watch Angie Dickenson closely and you see her start to take deep breaths when Clint first gets close to her. Angie has said in her interviews how much she loves men, it doesn't look like acting to me. Those over-the-shoulder view closeup kiss shots--they must have had the camera on a crane.

@deborahtellerscott63042 жыл бұрын
I imagine Clint Walker lived with a chronic crick in his neck, all the women he kissed in "Cheyenne" and in his movies being considerably shorter than he was. Like everything else, he handled it very well.😉

This got me thinking. My frist two boyfriends in high school were 6' and 6'1 respectively. Kissing standing up (the "goodnight" kiss at the door) always left with an uncomfortable crick in my neck that lasted a few hours afterwards. There is a down side to everything.

You are a true artist. I'm panting. You got a great eye and great timing. You need to get a job in the film industry. I'm recommending to you another fine fan video of Leonard Nimoy with music track, "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence." I'm going to watch this again.

Despite the onscreen 'ladies man' persona, I never read anything about him that suggests he was a runaround kind of guy. . He never married the glamorous type and I don't think any of his 3 wives were particularly pretty. Being married to Clint Walker must have been a challenge, even for the most secure of women. However, life is too short not to be challenged. :-)
@debco126 жыл бұрын
He definitely was not a runaround kind of guy. Even in his 80's, women would throw themselves at him but he was an old-fashioned guy and took his marriage vows seriously. One of the most decent, honorable men I ever knew.
@janethartwig7745 жыл бұрын
His wife Gigi was darling but it seems Clint Walker married for love not looks.

He didn't need a beautiful woman he was pretty enough . I wish l could of known a man with his looks that was not into his self and still treated a women with love he was one of a kind man. 🥰🥰

If anyone reads this, you might like to know that the scene starting at 3:12 is of Clint Walker and Jeannie Cooper kissing. She played Kay Chancellor on Y&R and just died at 82. She was really beautiful as a young woman. Another thing I noticed on Cheyenne shows, if Cheyenne kissed a woman 3 times, the next morning he'd be putting on his clothes while she watched him in her night gown. Hehheh.
@deborahtellerscott63042 жыл бұрын
The woman kissing Cheyenne at 3:12 is actually Maggie Hayes (as the lascivious Iris Danner), from the episode titled "The Trap" in season 2. Jeanne Cooper appeared as three different characters in other episodes of Cheyenne, but was not in that one. Sadly, I don't recall Jeanne ever getting to kiss Cheyenne.
