Clint made two important key points. It's not about training to be a champion weightlifter it's about keeping in shape, and working out makes you feel better. Most people in the US today have no idea how much better they would feel if they followed Clint's advice. I have a simple gym not unlike Clint's in my home. The whole thing is worth probably around a grand. I use it every other day and have for over 30 years. I am 65 and still going strong. You can too.

He’s a good looking guy but, not what you’d think she would go for. Obviously, he doesn’t like it when men stare at her or whatever. But, she makes him feel very secure. With most actors, its all show and no go, taking the glory for the characters of the movie scripts and the music uplifting them. As much as I loved Errol Flynn's character in the movies, his personal life couldn't stand up to the stature of the roles he played. And so many were like him. But not with Mr. Clint Walker. Nowadays most people have active gym memberships. People like Clint Walker and Steve Reeves will always be my favourite. Not just because they were weightlifting in the age before steroids were available (thus showing what the natural body is capable of) but also because of their hard work and commitment in an age where strength training was nowhere near as popular as it is now. I think Mr.Walker was a fav actor. And I really liked him his tv series,Cheyenne.I got. To meet him once when he came just south of Memphis,TN in Southaven Ms. For annual L film festival every may or June.He was going on a break and I was just wandering around hotel so I had a birthday card in my hand Andi said we'll this is great timing and I yelled at him 2 or 3 three times before he stopped finally he stopped. And introduced each other and have him the card and he thanked me,and I asked him if there was any way there was that I could get into acting business and he said not presently, but that he LL keep his eyes and ears perked so I gave him my phone number, but never heard back from him.Anyway that's my story about meet movie star Clint Walker.Good Bye have great day y'all.Thomas.

Clint is a favorite actor. His home workouts are impressive and show the actors dedication to his craft. Best of all I believe Clint is one of the few actors of his generation that is still with us. On that note I'll end this by saying Bless you Clint whereever you may be. Will Schaefer

Clint was a great actor and always loved him as Chyenne Bodie growing up watching Chyenne on tv with my family and what a great little home gym. vertical leg press, high pulley, attachments, barbells/dumbells, bench/ ab bench, dip attachment station, preacher pad attachment, cast iron weight plates, pull up bar, punching bag, 03:43 what is that on the wall above the workout station maybe bench press device ?I wonder who built this custom gym for Clint maybe Hollywood studios
