I have combi skin but dry cheeks. it works well with me, maybe just the nose corners at times? but that depends on skin condition that day. is it 21 like korean shade? if so maybe the lingerie or linen shades from clio? you should deff check out more cuz they have a larger range this time for this one! :)

Hi! Do you know of any matte cushions that are slightly yellow and doesn't oxidize? I've been searching for cushions with yellow undertones because I want to cover my redness... But all I'm seeing are either pink or orange-toned, and it makes my face look a bit more red :(

omg i briefly tested both on my hands and it was hard to tell the difference as well!😭 but for me my combi skin type suits new founwear better i think! I hope I can do a comparison soon, currently 90% of my makeup are in boxes as I am moving soon!

I have sort of a similar skin tone to you (slightly lighter) but I want a more natural tone cushion should I get #4 or #5? Is the sand shade too dark? Is the linen shade very bright?

Hi! I havent tried the sand one, or any other shades apart from ginger! Im actually kinda curious to try sand shade though! I just want to see what other sand shades are like from the clio line cuz ive only tried the clio glow sand shade so far! I would recommend watching a few more reviews of this cushion with the ones that show sand and ginger shades together💛

hi! thank you :) i think it really depends on the day and skin condition with me but i have dry uzone area and it works fine with my skin! just sometimes the nose area can be slightly dry at the very end!

hi! :) 🥰hmm i think some of the glowiest cushions i've tried so far personally would be.. moonshot face perfection balm, for me sometimes (clio glow cushion), missha glow cushion (this one i haven't triedd in sooo long so I forget) but also would loveeeee to try hera cushions in general!

ooh i haven't tried the hera black cushion! :(and is the espoir black cushion the be silk one? if so from be silk and this one, i think be silk has slightly more coverage + that velvety silky finish. It might transfer more on to masks over the founwear. founwear is more lightweight in terms of texture and with a semi-matte finish :)

hi there! i actually have never tried the hera cushions!! i know i gotta try!! gahh haha but for bbia last cushion and this founwear, they're pretty different, bbia is more moisturising finish and has a bit of glow, while this one iis more soft semi-matte with thin texture! :) I think it'll just depend on what finish you are looking for!

hi! :D I haven't come across any cushion product that is 100% smudge proof - but ones that do well are usually semi-matte/matte finishes. this one does okay from memory, the clio fixer too (people who have oily skin tend to like this one), laneige neo matte, some I can think of!

I feel like it does change colour a little bit over time. So when i first apply it its much more brighter/ toned up and then later it kinda tones down a bit!

I want to give my sister a Korean cushion for her birthday, she has oily skin and enlarged pores. What do you recommend ? Clio or Espair? I want her skin to look healthy, fresh. And Her skin is so white, like an aristocrat! But I also don't want her face to look so dry and powdery that all the peeling is visible. It has drawbacks, I do not think that it thoroughly moisturizes the skin with good products. I am very much waiting for your answer, because I am about to decide and order!

espoir is much lighter! clio has better coverage usually. i think both work with oily skin but it depends if you want a more glowy finish or matte. clio fixer for example is more matte finish vs clio cica is more moisturizing.

hi! :) hmmm I feel like maybe a semi-matte cushion would be good? I think this cushion is a nice option, it's lighweight with semi-matte finish, with medium coverage. I also consider this as a great everyday cushion just to carry around :) the espoir one, i know taping cover cushion is good for oily skin but I haven't tried that one in so long so I can't remember too much! but I personally think this would be a good option! but I would also look into other reviews to help you out even more🥰

It's strange that on one hand they claim 56 hours of wear, yet the Olive Young site it's ideal for people who like to touch up during the day. You would think it would say that it's good for people who do NOT like to touch up. I personally hate touching up. Did you find that it broke down during the day?

hi! :) oh interesting yeah i get what you mean! hm i feel like it did fade slightly, so I did touch up throughout the day, but usually I do it once after the 4-5 hour mark. I didn't feel like i needed to touch up that often! and not a lot either too! :) but it might be different according to weather/mask/environment/what activities you are doing etc!
