Thanks for the idea, I took bulkhead pipe pass thoughs , and some welding wire, and Bam.. works great. The bulkhead pass thoughs are hard rubber and grip like hell..

Yes, sorry, I checked when you posted and sure enough the sound was gone. Was just about to reload and checked and the sound was back. Not that is too important as you probably got the jist, but the sound appears back. I do use them and love them still.

I agree. I really like that I can decide where to put them. On my last trip I was deep on a mountain side with all kinds of strange angles and varying land terrain where they worked perfectly.

I am positive. The fabric is really super strong, a lot stronger than I think people think, and it is definitely stronger than the shock cord that pulls it out.
