Nice video. Can the battery be replaced easily in those magic clips?

Great review, Thanks ! What would you recommend for personal use to bald my own head. I've been using a Braun Series 5 but getting too many bumps. Never tried a zero gapped trimmer but thought that may get almost as close but less bumps? Was looking at the Babyliss Pro FlashFX or the Andis Slimline Pro..

I’d recommend the bevel kit

Which one of these do you recommend for doing a beard on very thick hair (barbwire, lol) I need something powerful and quality that can trim my beard down to a 3 mm

I use the corded Wahl Peanut to trim my beard. It’s an awesome little trimmer. I It also comes with 4 guards to make things easier.

I need soemthing for my hair and to trim n line my beared will the wahl magic clip do both or am i better off getting the wahl legend with the hero combo

Ricky D yeah you’d be better off getting both. Going to need a liner to line your hair/beard

@@fadenicegood1437 so is the wahl legend with hero a good choice or is the andis envy with t outliner better ? both have combo deals

Ricky D I personally prefer the T Outliner when it comes to liners. Both will get the job done tho
@rderubeis5 жыл бұрын
@@fadenicegood1437 ya for outliner the andis is better , but when it comes to clippers would u say the envy is better than the legend ?

If you have the patience to learn how to use them, straight razors and safety razors can’t be beat for line work. As far as trimmers go, I’m happy with my Wahl Peanut for beard work.

Which trimmers are good for home use, cutting 360 waves with good quality, power and durability ?
@iRecordOS4 жыл бұрын
Understand trimmers in the barber world are usually referred to as shape up or liners such as the Andis t outliner. Clippers would be the fast feeds or Andis masters. Something that cuts bulk hair and fades.

I was a barber in the 60's 70's...and the hippies came along! I changed my profession but still cut family hair and my own hair. Man, things have changed! Fades, outlines, styling...very different now. I'm checking your video because I want to buy a new clipper, Andis, Wahl, Oster? Thanks for sharing this video.
@mrniusi114 жыл бұрын
magic clips are plastic trash. I got about 1 year out of the battery, and 5 months out of that chrome plastic "thumb rest". I'm about to buy Oster Fast Feeds for cutting family hair after hours of youtube videos and frustrating searches.
@Muhammad-me4du4 жыл бұрын
Personally, I like the Oster fast feed because it’s cheaper and does a good job. There isn’t much of a difference between the clippers, they’re all good in their own way and depends on your preference.

Fast feeds cost 59.99 with the 12.99 ceramic is still cheaper than the masters and the seniors. Also they run cool for over an hour, best overall clipper ever made fuck that Wahl guard system. nano magnets fit the fast feeds; can't go wrong.
@Oscarbet795 жыл бұрын
I agree that fast feeds are better. I just wish they were cordless. I did modify my magic clips with a wedge blade plus Speedo guards makes it similar to using fast feeds. Nothing beats the Andy's magnetic guards tho
@thesharinganknight4 жыл бұрын
Bro started off self cutting bc being a broke college student and with some walmart clippers and trimmers learned how to fade and line-up better than a certified barber. Just bought the speedline and gtx outlinet with both matching black and gold blades and ceramic blades. I can't say that enough, the Andis guard system and the speedlines/ fast feed and t/gtx outliner combo is dirty. Cutting went by way faster and didnt burn my scalp or hairline bc there's no over heating.💪🏾

I Like your review but I have issue with it: Please NEVER tell a new barber to ZERO GAP anything because most often they don't know what a Barber's zero gap actually means and what they tend to do is have both blades flush and you know what happens when they try to use them LOL!!! Tear some body up LMAO!!!
