elastic774 Well, I'm 73 and still learning! I always associated Colm with Les Mis. I loved this Gethsemane! I know the show is more ”rock”, but liked his version for the same reason I like Michael’s - the more shrill notes aren't in my wheelhouse. I completely understand the musicality of it but like chocolate and vanilla, we all taste and hear differently. Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know what I was missing.

Ilsa Ruthen OMG - thank you! I needed that. I just love the guy and admire he has been with Cathy, his SO since around 1990. They have lived together happily, never married and she is 75,.... And gorgeous. That makes her a few years younger than me and also makes me insanely jealous. When I watch Michael and Alfie together I realize it's been an hour and I haven't stopped smiling. We are so fortunate to have the technology to have this entertainment at our fingertips. I remember when we got our first TV in 1950! Is your name ”Ilsa”? My granddaughter is Isla but s is silent. Just curious. Love the name!
