They should have finished it with this game alone. I hate it when new IPs end on sequel hook/beg, with no guarantee of there being another. From what I have gathered, the sequel would pick up right where the first one ended. Firstborn is dead, that much was confirmed by Clive Barker. Leech is unknown. The surviving members of Jericho squad find themselves at the ocean following the death of Firstborn and collapse of the box. After a while of drifting they come across an abandoned aircraft carrier and get on board with the intent of contacting HQ for an extraction. It quickly becomes apparent the carrier is a hot spot of supernatural activity, that somehow involves the cargo within its holds; 666 children. So the fight is on to finding a way to contact HQ, surviving the evil festering the ship, figuring out the purpose of those 666 children and discovering the final fate of Ross, Jericho and the origin of that ship. Rumors were that Leeches fate would also be revealed and how he escaped dying with the Firstborn, and now forms an uneasy alliance with Jericho and Ross, whom he murdered, to survive against the hell that carrier contains.

Don't care what other people say. This game operated much like any of the non multiplayer games for beauty of character and scenery. I had a duel core processor and plenty of ram. Really enjoyed looking at the game almost more than playing. Thx again.

I LOVE this game. Love the Clive Barker story and loved the graphics, gameplay and voice acting. But yes I would love to see this game redone with the resident evil engine or the software used for Bloodborne.

This was actually one of the only games I played to beat on all difficulties mutiple times and got all the achievements. I loved the team based action and diversity of the characters. The dialogue was enjoyable for me mostly. I thought the gore and the difficulty of the boss fights was so fun and balanced. Very strategical

This game could really use an HD update (with smarter squad-mate AI so they stop falling every twenty seconds in a fight). It looks great, plays better than a lot of current games, and the story is well crafted until the end (I won't spoil how for those watching this brand new). Could even throw in co-op for friends commanding either of the teams.

It was a flawed game clearly but still it was a decent game for it's time. I remember enjoying environment which was full of gore and darkness. Grotesque creatures every where. Game was made a bit difficult so you would be forced to jump between members of Jericho. I liked the Priest with his dual Desert Eagles that had different ammo types. Strange thing is this game is not best game ever for me but I still remember it years later. I played it once when it came out. It's great that we have new Doom games but still there is a lot of place for games like this or Painkiller. Well at least indie games are using these ideas very well. Stuff like Hrot, Dusk and Cultic are amazing games. I just wish we would get something with AAA quality.

I got the Xbox 360 version I love the game the team ai sucks but it's like halo with witchcraft I think it's very under rated the ending should've been better wish they would have made a sequel I got rid of my Xbox one I got tired of constantly having to update and being basically a slave to the internet

the trick of the assault rifle is its good in rapid ofcourse but more damage in burst mode specially when u aim for the head and single firing mode increases the critical head shots however enemies are too fast in close quarter to handle them with single or burst firing mode

so... it's an interesting premise, but with the enemies needing the entire ammo supply of a platoon to down just one at a time and your team-mate's AI making them sprint ahead, cluster together or create monumentally stupid cross-fire situations it just turns into a Dark Souls type you have died. you have died. you have died... youhavediedyouhavediedyouhavediedyouhavedie- experience or a squad-mate murdering simulator. seems like a definition of "fun" i'm not familiar with... either disable friendly fire or polish the AI/firepower/hitpoints situation on both sides.

They ought to REMAKE this game for modern day consoles with 4k graphics etc. Improve AI and weapon dynamics, make levels essentially the same design but less linear, have a decent ending instead of the half-ending we have in this version.
