I agree with Alan Souther Dallas desperately needs a coach. Klieber plays over 20 minutes and gets 1 point. Green didn’t even show up, Hardaway and Exum continue their shooting slump and Gafford only gets 6 minutes. Kidd continues his pitiful distribution of minutes.

If his team mates are not in the same page, luka might as well leave dallas and look for someone who has the same mentality. Every team will try to humiliate luka specially boston, sacramento and pacers. I think his team mates should know in advance what to do and prepare how to deal and support to counter aggression. But team hardaway specially, is sub par honestly. Jason Kid must do some level up defense motivation or mindset which is still lacking for the mavs.

Luka is the problem. I sat there for yesterday’s game only to watch Luka with the ball in his hands EVERY SINGLE FREAKIN POSSESSION. This guy is practically a SHOT CLOCK EATER. He swallows up approx. 13 secs on the shot clock time players are basically just standing in one spot waiting to see 👀 what Luka is gonna do THEN FANS WONDER WHY nobody is making shots. Also, we didn't even double team him. It's not like he was working insanely hard on most possessions. He came out hot, got gassed and then sucked later in the game. And don't get me wrong. He's a lot of fun to watch and insanely talented. But it's nearly impossible to win consistently in the NBA when your best player is a ball dominant PG and isn't named Curry

Superstars usually winning with 25+ He needs a system that fits his talents perfectly just like curry or mj had. Mj only started to win until he got a system and started to play winning basketball. Tatum is doing exactly that. Boston gm did a awesome job of completing a full all star starting five. I’m just frustrated of the mavs stupidity of not knowing how to build around him. It kinda reminds me of young Cleveland LeBron situation. Luka is a generational talent and I don’t think anybody is denying that BUT he’s wasting valuable years on a bad team I bet he would be winning mvps and chips already if he’s on a competent organisation like the Celtics.

Larry Bird never just stood on the court without playing defence. Larry Bird never just held the ball all the time in his hands. Even Larry Bird in his late career moved faster than Luka now.
