Please my seam/sewing lines are not showing at all on the 3d view, please what could be the issue?

What kind of garment are you working on? If you followed the steps mentioned in the video, it could be you have to change fold angles to achieve a sharper fold. Might be that the particle distance is too high. There are many aspects, that can affect how much of the seam you can see, when using this method.
