Gary Cooper films are worse than boring. Goes for most of the actors of the 40's and beyond. I don't pretend to understand what happened to Hollywood but it was not good.

I agree. Of all of Cooper's films I only ever saw him act at all well in 1 of them, and this is the one. In general he is just terrible! But this 1 is ok. I watched it because it's a spy film, and I thought it was pretty good for an old movie.
