Clock Spring or Spiral Cable🌀 Removal and installation Honda Civic 1996 97 98 99 2000

This video is for a 96 through 2000 Honda Civic but it may also apply to other Hondas and other years. The clock spring or spiral cable is the wiring in the steering wheel that controls the horn the airbag and the cruise control.

cool I learn a lot from looking at this vlog. I got to do the front wheel bearings on my 2010 kia optima Iam tried of the loud noise when I drive. 😆

I usually remove the part and then have the machine shop change the wheel bearing for me !😅

I just had my clock spring repair the I was going off so I had the horn now that the new clock spring is on the horn is not I need more information as far as the clock springs and the devices that are on the old one was I have it had three wire yellow green and black one the new clock spring had 4 wires yellow green gray black ...but my Horn still isn't working 💭🤔❗

Not sure, perhaps the clock spring installed was not the correct year

Hi there. So I have a honda civic 97 model. It never came with a steering wheel with a button function. I want to find out if it is possible to install a honda accord 2006 steering wheel with the button function into my honda. I do have the clock spring but it never came with loom that goes into the back of the clockspring. I also want to install a Android 9inch touch screen, but thing I want to no is how to I make it all work together as 1 Unit. Button function of the steering wheel to work on the Android screen. Thank u.
