Compared to the other chase themes, even in Clock Tower: Ghost Head, this is pretty weak and even a bit goofy sounding.

If I may bring my opinion to the table, that feels the most unique from the themes I searched about, all of them looks like a slightly different version of the classic one from snes. I had the same unnerving vibe I get from Tower Knight Boss FIght Theme from de OG Demon's Souls, with the creepy old instruments making a simple but consistent heart racing ost.
